Born in the Rockies, peace has always been within my soul. Nature calms my inner most self and no matter what life brings, I seem to be able to heal simply being in the beauty of what sits before me.

Writing on Helium is an outlet for me for everything from my deepest sad emotions to the extremes of that which makes me happy. Through my life I have written in my notebook thoughts that came to mind during a rain storm or in the quiet at night. I have written both happy and sad experiences that I have been through and have carried the notebook from place to place.

The experience with Helium is that I now an able to share and hopefully brighten someone's day or shine a light to clear the way for them to see that there is always someone out there who understands.
