Hi, one of the things I have always enjoyed is reading. I've been an avid reader all my life and I loved the way the stories catapulted me into a different realm. Because of this, I have always wondered if I could write also. When I heard about Helium.com, I took the opportunity to write my first article and see if anyone out there would be interested. To my surprise they were!

I'm a big believer in eating well and exercising. We have only one body and it's important that we keep it healthy. I also believe that we must be spiritually and emotionally sound in order to be a productive citizen of this world.

I have been sitting in a big house in Ireland looking at the spectacular countryside and wondering what in the world I'm doing here. Things are not the same here as in the USA. Everything costs more for one thing. People talk funny. They have this strange accent. And here am I, an Italian born American residing in Ireland with my husband and son. Even though it is beautiful, this would not have been the country of my choice. My dream has always been to return to Italy some day and re-visit my roots. After all, I am Italian.
