It'd be great if hats came back into fashion, but I fear if they do it will be short lived. Some people do wear hats but unless you live in the big smoke you have to be a certain kind of person to sport a hat in public. Aside from the baseball cap, hats are usually for making a statement or attending a wedding or the horse races.
