Spaghetti and Meatballs remind me of home mixing meat onions, eggs, Progresso, always Progresso, flavored bread crumbs a scoop of meat roll into balls splattered grease burn on the arm browning the balls blackened skillet oh how I hated cleaning the mess stirring the sauce bubbling on stove Mom's recipe never varied big pot dropping meatballs slowing stir add more bigger pot bring water to rolling boil add spaghetti cook al dente then yum spaghetti and meatballs home made with Mum
