I am a mother of 5 children whom I love very much. I am a grandmother as well. I have started writing on a regular basis. I have sent articles into women's magazines for publication. Please wish me luck. I am working on my first self help book for women. I do a lot of journaling it helps me deal with past issues in my life. Now that my children are grown I have time to do some of these things. I have put my scrapbooking on hold for a little while. Wish me luck in selling my first book. Mother's Day without your mom is hard no matter what your age. We all need that comfort from our mother. That special hug and kiss that only a mom can give. I miss my mother a lot and I think about her a lot. She passed away on June 9,1999 and not a day goes by that I don't think about her. I am the oldest of 6 children and I had a very loving and caring mom. She loved everyone unconditionally no matter what.
