I am a mother of 4 lovely children. I hold down a parttime job as a nurse and work fulltime at home with my children. I have many experiences in life to share with my children and my friends. I love writing and love reading. I spend time gardening and canning as well. I'm fond of the outdoors and what nature has to offer.

Childhood was a diffucult time for me as as I moved on to adult hood I have found writing can make the soul rich and free.

Mark Twain gave this quote

Give a man a fish feed him for a day. Show him how to fish and he is able to feed himself always.

For me finding a way to express the knowledge I have for someone else to benifit is a great joy to me.

A breakfast that can be quick and easy and if done correctly prepared ahead of time would be Egg Muffins. Here is an easy thing for the children to heat and serve quickly on there way out to school or for you to heat and head to work on.
