America is no longer the world's super power and the sooner we admit this, the sooner we can start to pull ourselves back together again to achieve that slot. However, for now, the government needs to focus on issues closer to home to rebuild the economy, the dollar and american wealth. The government's solution to reducing conventional arms caches, is what? Spend more money building amazing american weapons to then lose them in some shipping error. No, that can't be it, maybe it is - that they will give money to terrorists to make them our allies and only see them turn on us 20 years late...
