: About Me

I am an aspiring writer dedicated to do whatever it takes to get my writing published. I started to love writing when I was in 3rd grade, when we began writing original poetry and stories. I like to give myself at least SOME credit of being a fairly descent writer. I try to avoid combing over the same topics people have been over before, and I definitely do my best to avoid trying to sound like a tortured teenage soul.

My writing is generally comical, but I have strong dedication to topics I am assigned to. For over two years now I have been compiling my blogs/bulletins on Myspace (yes, I'm a Myspace kid, so sue me)... I guess I'm fairly well-known for it. At least by people who add me, as bulletins are my main tool, and can only be read by people on my friend's list. If you have an interest in reading them, don't hesitate to send me a message or email (if you have a Myspace account). I assure you, they're... entertaining. And helpful. But mostly entertaining.

Most teenagers go through the "Look How Emotional I Am: I Write Soulful Poetry and Long, Thoughtful Blogs About Love and Hate" stage; I suppose I'm not much of an exception. But if I really want people to read, I have to try. And I do. Writing is not only a hobby for me; it is my life. Any career in my future will involve writing. It is not something I plan to grow out of.

was to be an artist. Before I found out that I sucked at watercolors.

is ditching school on 06-06-06 to go to Disneyland. I don't know about you, but I want to be at the Happiest Place on Earth when the world ends.

Why I write ...

It's the best way to get everything out. When I write in metaphors I sound artistic, but if I speak in metaphors I just sound ignorant.

What I am reading/watching/listening to ...

Reading: "I Am America (And So Can You!)" by Stephen Colbert. Favorite bands: The Killers and Franz Ferdinand.

My first job ...

was babysitting. Of course!

My best moment ...

Oh so many. My best moments are when my mind is in the zone. I'm tarp as a shack.

My inspiration ...

Honestly? I don't have one. I just had teachers in elementary school that really encouraged my writing.
