I am a Renaissance person in every sense of the word, being that I have an undying thirst to do everything...the problem is, there aren't enough hours in the day to accomplish everything I want to accomplish.
I am a writer, who has had three short stories published in Minas Tirith-Evening Star, the Journal of the American Tolkien Society-which by the way was a stellar bright spot, since I'm a loyal fan to Lord Of The Rings. I have numerous other short stories already written and many are concepts still circulating in my mind, just waiting to come alive.
I am also an artist, who has painted in the medium of oils, acrylics and watercolors. And I'm a photographer, whose work has been published since 1980, and has appeared on the covers and/or inside magazines, plus as illustrations for books, newspapers and calendars. After a ten year gap of not having been actively involved in my photographic work since 1996, due to personal family obligations and just plain weird circumstances in my life, I am now trying to pursue my work again.
I only just now have had the opportunity to acquire a computer system and film scanner which will allow me the opportunity to digitize my work, as my photographic images are on 35mm slides and black and white prints. It is my goal to ultimately set up my own photographic website to sell my work directly on-line
Among the bizarre events and obstacles in my life I am what I consider an overcoming agoraphobic-there was one time in my life, I couldn't even leave my apartment, without having panic attacks-I still have a long road ahead of me to overcome this challenge-as I do not in any way plan to have this condition for the rest of my life
