This cowgirl runs a small breeding program for bucking bulls in Northern Michigan. I spend my days feeding critters, mucking out poop and writing about my experiences. I also teach Composition at Baker College in Cadillac.
I grew up in rural Hawaii and moved to the Mainland to go to medical school. After 15 years in practice as a small town family doctor a neurological disorder caused enough disability that I had to retire. I started my breeding program as therapy and rehab and now it is on the verge of being a successful ranching operation.
My writing covers a range of subjects and genres. I published my first book, Funny Farm- Buckin' MS, which is an inspirational and humorous set of stories about my ranching experiences. Funny Farm- Buckin' MS was released at the Great Lakes Bookseller's Fall Trade Show in Chicago.

This means constipation not associated with any underlying medical condition or anatomic problem with the elimination tract. First is the more common difficulty defecating with normal bowel transit. This means there is difficulty or discomfort passing stool, but bowel movements happen regularly. L...
