I am a freelance games designer for a games company who makes games specifically for children. This is why I no longer post up so many articles on Helium! My time is used to design games and relax!

My dream job is to be able to write fiction and earn enough money to live so that I don't have to do anything else!

I enjoy writing anything really, especially game design documents where you specify everything that will go into the game, the story, the characters, the levels, what the player will be able to do within the game and how it all works. They're really good fun to write.

I have been writing since I was very young, and was first inspired by Beatrix Potter as I read a lot of her books when I was little and watched the cartoons too. I even wrote two Beatrix Potter style letters, one to my new teacher about a bobcat and a mouse being friends, and another about a band of monkeys and gerbils escaping from the zoo for my best friend. They were very odd and had drawings to go with them.

Since then I've been planning story ideas out and writing when I can. Part of my new year resolution's this year is to write something once a day.

I enjoy swimming, hanging out with my friends, drawing, watching anime and movies, playing computer games and taking photos.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is Naughty Dogs latest offering to the gaming world and was released in 2007. The game is stunning and is quite literally one of the best reasons why you should own a Playstation 3, and if you don't, it's a great excuse to borrow a friend's.

The game begins with Nathan Drake, who is supposedly a descendant of the famous explorer, Sir Francis Drake, and is currently in the middle of the ocean, in a boat, attempting to recover the supposed coffin of his late ancestor using co-ordinates engraved on the inside of a ring he has had since childhood.
