I live in Australia, I am in my early forties, and I am finally coming to the 'me' stage of my life after working and raising a family. Having recently decided on a sea-change, literally moving from my home base that was my home base for most of my life, away from family and friends to a small town by the sea where I know not a soul, has been a defining moment in my life. Others call it a mid-life crisis, I prefer defining moment. I love to read - there are so many books and not enough hours in a day - I love to learn and explore new and interesting concepts. I would like to travel, see more of my own country and the rest of the world, I would love to write for a living and recall the passion for art I had when younger. I believe in balance - I am a vegetarian and like to keep fit and healthy but I also have a passion for good wine and am fond of well made vegetarian pizzas. Hence the need for a fitness and health regime after over indulging in wine and pizza.
