About me - MiLa Driver

aboutme

MiLa has been a writer ever since she was thirteen years old when she started keeping a diary to document her life. As a teen MiLa frequently had her poems published in the local newspaper and loved taking creative writing classses in high school.

Today MiLa still enjoys writing and has written numerous children's books which she plans to get published and eventually have them in every public and school library.

As a bilingual kindergarten teacher, MiLa enjoys writing about early childhood education and ways to engage and encourage children to learn. Having once been a beauty consultant, MiLa also enjoys writing about beauty, makeup, skincare, as well as topics about body image and self-esteem.

Knowing that you must take care of the outside as well as the inside of your body, MiLa writes frequently about health and fitness. She feels you can never know too much about taking care of yourself.

Writing is a means of relaxation for MiLa. She swears that she will be writing until the day she dies or becomes brain dead! Writing is a passion for her and loves the fact that she can put her words out there for others to read.

MiLa has been married for almost 23 years and is mother to a twenty year old son and an eighteen year old daughter. MiLa also lives with two dogs, two goldfish and a cat in the great city of Austin, Texas.
