About me

Born and raised in the Napa Valley, but currently living in Elko, NV. Tonya is a mother of five and married to a man she describes as "beyond compare".

Tonya declares a genuine love for writing - she is a very active member of Helium and is serving as a Sub-Steward in the Cleaning Sub-Channel of the Homes & Gardens section of the site.

In 1989, she attended a junior college in California, completing three semesters of Early Childhood Education before moving on to the "College of Life", where she attained a degree in "People Watching", one of her favorite pass-times.

Admittedly, Tonya takes acute pleasure in analyzing life as she's sees it, as she's analytical by nature. However, she will admit to being overly analytical at times.

Tonya has lived all over the United States, experiencing and seeing countless pleasures and horrors, which she plans to use as motivation in all her writings.

Looking back she would also say that she's had quite a rough life, as have many. Although, in spite of her history - she occupies no regrets, but culminates her favorite philosophies ...

Everything in life is a learning experience and whether it's something you've done or something someone has done to you, it's what you take from that experience that matters...Never make the same mistake twice and Never have any regrets because at one time or another ... it was exactly what you wanted.

It took us three days to make the drive from Boise, Idaho to Plymouth, Massachusetts. I can't say in the least, I took any pleasure being stuffed in the backseat of that car. My feet were swelling and it was hot. Yes, it was a June wedding. I dreaded the trip home.

However dreadful, the time had come to leave. Another t...
