My name is Wayne Wilkins and I am the sub-channel steward for Exercise here at Helium.
I am from Birmingham, England and was born and raised here. Chances are I will live here my whole life, but if I can raise enough money and get a decent career I would eventually like to re-located to Australia or Canada.
I am educated in a variety of subjects and therefore have a vast array of opinions on plenty of different things. I love to talk about animals and nature as I feel they are very strong subjects. Things such as conservation and maintaining habitats are something that should be taken seriously, and something that should be helped and encouraged by world leaders. With many species of animals dying out, becoming endangered and becoming extinct, this can have a dangerous effect on our planet.
I am also an enthusiast of professional sports. Specifically Professional Wrestling and Mixed Martial Arts. I actually got into "the writing game" thanks to positive feedback on my professional wrestling columns, articles and thoughts many years ago on a World Championship Wrestling website which was my first one, which I actually got involved with after writing an article on WCW in the year of 1999, at the age of 9.
Later on in the fall of 2003 I moved on to Top Rope Talk where I had a column for a short time, and as time went on I moved on to more mainstream wrestling websites including World-Wrestling and Wrestlinginc. In the future I would like to have active wrestling columns on many Wrestling Websites and get my name out there. One of my main goals when it comes to Wrestling columns is having my work features on the Industry News section of the official WWE Website.
I stumbled upon Helium on June 01, 2007 and have been an active writer here ever since. Naturally, my first articles were wrestling based, but it was here that I found my passion lay in such topics as nature, animals, conservation and certain aspects of politics. I have very strong opinions and beliefs as you will easily be able to see from my articles.
I am also a follower of crime subjects and spend alot of time watching documentaries in my spare time. My favorite case to study is the Charles M. Manson case, as I personally have VERY strong beliefs about the entire situation; too controversial to discuss. Manson himself, whether innocent or not, has a positive attitude on life and KNOWS that conservation is a must. The order of life; ATWA. Air, Trees, Water, Animals. One can not exist without the other. If we destroy one, we destroy them all.
I am also an enthuisast of Diet and Exercise having been a victim of the over-weight population until 2008. In 2007 I weighed in excess of 14 stone, and with a little will-power, dedication and hard work, I eventually ended up sleek and toned at under 10 stone - If I can do it, ANYONE can do it!
My favorite Wrestlers include the likes of:
- Scott Hall
- Kevin Nash
- Curt Hennig
- Macho Man Randy Savage
- Hulk Hogan
- Dean Malenko
- Chris Benoit
- Gorgeous George Wagner
- Rick Steiner
- Scott Steiner

Can we really blame genetics for the mistakes that mankind makes? No, we should NOT blame genetics for the obesity epidemic - We should blame society. Society is a hundred percent to blame for the ever-growing obesity epidemic - the subject of genetics is merely an excuse that said society uses as a cover-up.
We currently live in a world which functions upon the foundations of the fast food empires; our diet and our daily meal plans revolve around fast food empires such as Mcdonalds and Burger King at the expense of our health, our livelihoods and our future. The Government, seeing the pop...
