Creative dreaming

Dreams are the catalyst that put your body into motion to follow and fulfill your wishes and desires. When you dream you tap into a large database of memory, experience, perception and cultural belief. All of these are used to form new ideas or solve a problem that may seem impossible to solve on a
conscious level. The focus of conscious activity is geared towards the management of our everyday lives. How we react, what we think, and what we feel, is information taken in and used or stowed

away until our mind can process it.

Dreams are relevant to the two separate halves of our brain. The left side is the logical side that sorts
and files incoming information. The right side is the intuitive side in which dreams present information.
Not only is dreaming necessary for the dreamer to function successfully within the world for which he/she lives. But dreams are a source of creativity, expressions of experiences that are seeking to become real.

Dreams are also fields of energy in the form of creative sparks that need to be kindled, nurtured and
brought to full flame. For example: Suppose you lose something. Before going to sleep, write down what it was you lost. You may find that a dream will show you exactly where you placed the item your looking for. Receiving messages, or useful information from dreams is much related to Merging also known as Meditation or Creative Dreaming a process where one enters a divine state of being one with all living things.

In order to dream, we must understand that we need to sleep and contain a natural flow of sleep to
function. The importance of dreaming is to balance the psychological and physiological activity within us. The myth that our brains sleep when we do, is just that a myth. Awake or asleep our brain is constantly at work, and sleep is the mind's way to make sense and cope with our daily input. Without sleep we face a serious risk of having a mental or physical breakdown.

Creative Dreaming

Some religions believe that sleep is a preparation for death, and that babies dream themselves into
physical existence. Dreams give us access to another dimension known as spirituality: The definition of
spirituality is the awareness of other dimensions of existence beyond that of the physical realm. Our
awareness of the spirituality dimension allows us to influence our dreams to provide us with information and guidance. Our brains can be programmed to come up with solutions to complicated problems
