The English language has some very funny words and word combinations that have been Americanized or adopted-in. For instance, fart, burp, tummy, mucus, liver, turd, nostril, discumbobulated, ubiquitous, acquiescent, platter, fall-in, leak-awareness-valves, freshness-vents, cat-box, and kitty-litter(litter of kittens...no it's a toilet), to name just a few. It has been my experience, that the funniest word in the English language is "again".
      Allow me to explain. For best results use the word "again" at the end of the sentence. It has the propensity(another funny word) to make what ever story that is being told...exponentially(another funny word) humorous. Witness:

      Ow, I just poked myself in the eye. This is funny, but watch what happens when we add the ending.

      Ow, I just poked myself in the eye...again. See, much more humorous. Here is another prime example.

      I fell in the grass and landed in dog mess. This statement is very funny. However, as I have mentioned before, by adding the magic word "again" look what happens:

      I fell in the grass and landed in dog mess...again.
The word "again" represents at least two identical situations. In fact each successive "again" could possibly report more hilarity.

      Oh, look I've brushed my teeth with preparation-H.
      Oh, look I've brushed my teeth with preparation-H...yup, you guessed it. Again!
