Man as the image and glory of God

According to Kant, among those who believe in God, there are those who truly believe in God, and there are those who, in consideration of the eternal consequences, choose to lay their eggs in God's basket, just in case God really exists.

And if God really does exist, are we not to learn the great lessons from Buddha and Mohammed? What did Mahatma Ghandi mean when he answered the question 'are you Hindu' with, "yes, and I am Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish, and Christian, too?" Was Ghandi on to something, or just on something?

Dr. King thought Ghandi was onto something. The year before Black people in Mississippi received the right to vote, he stood on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and shared his dream. It was the one hundred years since the Emancipation Proclamation, and he had to tell one state, from those steps, to give our Black brothers and sisters the right to vote. If there is a God, She deserved His Personal escort back to Her rightful place amongst the Saints upon death.

How can I be so conflicted? Did I really confess to the Pentecostals that one Spring so I could play on the softball team in the church league? It was not a very good team proved by the fact that I started and hit sixth. Even that confused me; I understood losing to the Baptists considering God is fair and equitable, and taking into account how far their minister could hit the ball. We prayed for strength and victory before each and every game. He granted us one forfeit, and let the Buddhists beat us twice! Was He sending me a signal?

And then I examine the flawless logic in Darwin's natural selection model, and I just
