Summary of this Book...
This is a fantastic and inspiring guide for all people and most specifically catered to writers of all experience levels. Seven Steps goes into detail about each of the steps all writers face on the path of their individual writing journey. It shows how each of those steps can be recognized and overcome.

This type of Book is good for...
Recharging your inspiration and rebuilding your sense of hope and accomplishment. It's wonderful to learn that we are never alone at each point of the writing journey and that every step is one that's others have trod. The hardships are not insurmountable, the joy and the heartache is all a part of what it is to be a writer. If you were stalled on your own journey this book can help focus your mind and heart so that you can turn the key and get the car back on the road of life and writing.

The segment called: "How Do You Let Go?" It introduced a new concept that resonated as a deep truth for me and gave me an accurate insight into my own way of dealing with problems and the pitfalls I need to be wary of in my progress.

When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Even before I finished this book I was writing again and rebuilding the focuses, goal setting and scheduling of not only my writing but my life. I came out of my hibernation and started living again.

The author's Nancy Pickard (mystery author) and Lynn Lott (psychologist and self-help author) both give insight from their own lives as well as the lives of other writers and goal achievers. They talk about what they've experienced and learnt in their years of walking that same path all writers start upon.
