Helium site stewards are qualified members entrusted to watch over and guide a knowledge niche on the site while building community among the writers contributing to that channel. We’re grateful they’ve joined us!
Site stewards serve Helium in a variety of supportive roles. They:
Cultivate community: Site stewards reach out to and nurture passionate writers on Helium. They are like friendly community mentors for support and encouragement. You can meet the site stewards in the channel forums on the Community boards. You may occasionally receive messages from them as well. If you have an area on the site where you enjoy writing and reading, get to know that channel’s site steward.
Raise quality: Site stewards are devoted to maintaining high-quality standards on Helium for the benefit of the community. They assist with solving content problems such as title misspellings or titles that are in the wrong place.
Expand knowledge: Site stewards are subject experts in their channels who love to share what they know. If you have knowledge questions about a topic or hit a writer’s block, drop them a line. They are happy to assist or show you how to find what you’re looking for.
