Lifetime Literacy Foundation (LLF) was founded in August of 2006 in Manhattan Beach, CA to promote literacy by disseminating reading material and operating special projects to help underserved populations. LLF was founded as a special project of Jan Nathan, former executive director of PMA, The Independent Book Publishers Association.
LLF's founding mission is to help eradicate and prevent illiteracy in adults and children in the United States by developing programs that create awareness about the effects of illiteracy and provide opportunities for adults and children to develop literacy skills.
Lifetime Literacy Foundation (LLF) has partnered with Helium, giving you the chance to write for a cause.
