The problems faced in finding good leaders

There's no great secret being withheld from us that leadership requires specific attributes, and certifiable centers around the psychological ability to influence others in a similar accord or mind share. It's typically essential for any leader to possess the unique quality of understanding the delicate power of influence, in order to establish a beneficial result to all parties involved, and be coined as a good leader.
