How computer use affects your eyes

Eyes and computer are strictly connected. You spend countless hours everyday looking at your computer. How could you expect not to damage them? When your eyes spend too much time looking at something such as a computer screen they accumulate stress because they are always doing the same task. What happens when you tie one arm or one leg for a week?

I bet you won't be able to move it for a long time after untying it! It's the same with your eyes. Most times the damage is just temporary, unless you spend countless hours everyday and straight.

Permanent damage is unavoidable in this situation. What can you do to prevent this situation? First the computer screen must be placed above your eyes a little, this will make you look higher and will do wonders for you and your back too, it will thank you twice since it reduces the pressure your back has to support.

Buy a good desk and a good chair to maintain the optimal position all the time. Don't buy cheap thinking you are saving money! You are saving money but wasting your health. And health is always more important than money!

All the time! Replacing the screen or even the entire computer for a laptop is the best thing you can do for your eyes. You get the best working position and the best screen for your eyes all this at the same time. Now you must work in a place with a lot of light. Working in dark spaces is really bad to your vision. You should always working near a window. Sun light is always best than artificial light. All the time.

Also check with your doctor if you are experiencing too much pain in your eyes for a long time. Maybe you need glasses. If you already use glasses are you sure it's the right graduation? You need to change it from time to time!

Rest always at least 15 minutes after working about one hour. Even play station recommends you to do this. It's not good for eyes to focus on the same distance all the time for more than one hour. I talk for personal experience too. After spending four hours straight working all my body hurts!

That's it, if you want your eyes to last longer follow my advice.
