The kids' tastes are nurtured by the parents. If they are not accustomed to some food, they may dislike it lifetime. Therefore, in getting your kids to eat vegetables, you should try to help them to form the habit of it, by adding supplementary ingredients of vegetables to the food at the start, such as carrots, mashed potatoes and so on.

Choose the right vegetables in accordance with the actual situation, which should be suitable for them at their stage of development. When they are gradually accustomed to them and like them, you can chop them into small pieces, which are suitable for them to feed your kids. Also, you can feed them with vegetable noodles. Some vegetables have relatively long fibers, so they should be finely chopped. This gradual procedure can ensure your kids to love vegetables. There are some tips for you to follow:

Tip one: you should set an example for the kids

You should take the lead to eat more vegetables, and show the kids in the way with relish: wow, delicious! At the same time, don't tell them that you don't like this vegetable and that vegetable, to avoid baby misleading. White lies are necessary.

Tip two: you should tell them the benefits of eating vegetables.

If you want to let the enjoy vegetables, it is better to let them understand the benefits of eating vegetables. You can tell them that they can grow tall and strong healthily, if they eat more vegetables, either in the form of story-telling or in the way you find effective.

Tip three: try to improve the method of cooking vegetables

Make the dishes of vegetables delicious, and nice to look at. Let your kids enjoy the taste and color of the vegetable dishes. It is important to make them attractive in appearance, too.

Tip four: don't take tough measures to force them to eat vegetable dishes.

When you find that you kids don't like some vegetable dishes, try to guide them to enjoy the dishes. Or, simply try to make then enjoy the dishes another time. It is not wise to force them to eat what they don't like.

In short, the most effective way is to let your 1-year-old baby enjoy vegetables in the very beginning.
