I was thinking about this issue the other day with a sad note. I told myself, if America did not outsource their technology this country would be in a much better position than where it is right now.

If we will view it in a smaller scale, try to observe how come there are certain businesses that were family owned, operated and passed to the next generation to generation. Simple, they wanted to keep the formula and trade secrets within the family. More importantly, they keep the profit or wealth of the said business within the family. They may hire other employees who were not related to them to perform minor task and these people didn't have access to the trade secret.

Now, let us view it on a bigger scale. I have observed that United States got involved in offshore employee and product sourcing. In the medical field offshore employee sourcing in terms of services such as nurses came to the United States to work is one example. Likewise, a lot of people are here in United States on H1 or working visa. The practice of hiring workers from overseas reduces the country's own domestic employment and domestic investment.

Nowadays, another type of services the United States outsource is the blue collar. Who is in this category? They will conquer the United States by population! You may say it's funny but it's true. I noticed that these uneducated people didn't care about family planning. When I saw them with four or more children I will ask myself how are they surviving? Of course, through the government and it's sickening.

Whether it's professional or blue collar job both send dollars to their country. On the other hand employee outsourcing can also be beneficial to the economy since they invest or spend the money they earned in the United States.

This may have an impact on the economy but as the say this saying goes, I scratch your back you scratch mine. In my opinion it works both ways they can help boost the economy through cheap labor and I don't consider it as something that will cause a major bust. However, to the migrants who didn't care about the impact of over multiplying makes me worry.

The United States was likewise proliferated by products which are sold cheaper than the U.S. brands. The quality may be so, so but people patronized them. After they sold their product, where will the profit go? Of course it will go to their country! They may invest a portion of what they earned here but it will not be as much
