Ever wonder why the food from your favorite restaurant tastes so good? I remember my oldest son asking me why my home cooked meals never tasted as good as when we went out to eat and it was years later before I found the reason. I wasn't using MSG. Monosodium Glutamate is the third most used spice in the world next to salt and pepper but it could be hurting you.
If you experience headaches, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, general weakness and palpitations for no apparent reason, you could be among the 30% of people suffering from symptoms caused by MSG. Without knowing, we can subject our families to unnecessary illness. As our life becomes more hectic we look for fast alternative ways to feed our families. With board meetings, ballet classes, piano lessons, baseball games and the like, we often count on prepared food, fast food and restaurants but there is something we should be aware of. Monosodium Glutamate.
MSG is an additive used to enhance the flavor in foods and is often used in

salty snacks
canned gravies
sausages
many salad dressings
soy sauce
dry milk powder
This is just a short list of the many foods containing Monosodium Glutamate. MSG goes by many different names. Foods with these names on the label always contain Monosodium Glutamate.

The closer you find the name to the top of the ingredient list, the higher the MSG content.
No one can care more about your family than you. Read the labels and if you are in doubt, ask for an ingredient list in restaurants.
