Many employers seek or looking for a specific qualities in an individual that they're going to hire for a certain positions that brings the company into the success level. Productivity and good accomplishment are some of the major goals in a company and there are some qualities and skills that employers seek:

1. Experience. Every time we filled up an application, "experience" will be ask right away. Years or how long you've been working from previous employers? It is really important to have an experience before to apply a real job, so that the employer will hire you anytime. This is the number one qualities that employers look into. Another thing, you need to show your accomplishment as well with your experience.

2. Punctuality. "Time is precious, time is gold". Time is running. The qualities that employer seek, would be the punctuality of a person. Being late and inconsistent with the work schedule will result into a big problem. Avoid lateness during the day of your interview.

3. Organizational Skills/Multi-Tasker. For recent days, employers are seeking for a person who knows how to organize things fast, to make things easy and convenient to access. Also multi-tasker is an additional factor that you will get the job. Why? That means, you can do more than one things in any time. It is really a good qualities to have. These include computer literacy.

4. Reliability. Employers are seeking those possible employees, who is reliable in anything, someone that can be trusted anytime.

5. Willingness to work full-time. There are some employers who are looking for a person who is willing to work full-time because of a certain demands of a product. A person that works comes first, before other things.

6. Communication Skills. Verbal skills would be the key to achieve a certain goals in a company, to be able to understand how certain procedure works and implemented. If you are good in communicating with people, it means you can communicate to anyone that you are going to deal with in the workplace.

7. Problem solver. If you can fix things and solve the most complicated and challenging problem in the company, the employer will be impress with your work and believe your ability in no time at all.

8. High Self Confidence. If you got high confidence for yourself and get things done without hesitation, the employer will think that they got the right person in a right position.

9. Teamwork and Friendly Attitude. This is important, to achieve the quota or goals in a company, so, I am sure that the employer will hire you if you know how to get along with other people and join together as a team.

10. Good Motivation. If you are a high motivated person, then employer wants you! Motivation is what employers usually seek in a person.

My conclusion is very simple. If you got the best positive qualities and skills that employers seek, then they will not hesitate to hire you. There are lots of possible options
to choose. You just need to be confident in your interview and be yourself.
