Female Bi-Sexuality:

The rise in girl-on-girl hookups shows that more and more young straight women are begining to experiment with bisexuality. It's a fact that girlfriends have always formed tight emotional bonds with one another. Lately a growing number of straight women that are friends, seem to be doing a great deal of there bonding in the bed together. Recent years studies and surveys are reporting that 14% of women in there late teens and early twenties admit to have had at least one or more sexual encounters with other women, mostly girlfriends. Why are more and more females becoming bi sexual? Well read on as we journey further into the female bi sexual hype, and try to answer this question, as we discover why more and more straight women are now experimenting with bi-sexuality.

The first reason that I feel we've seen an increasing number of women experimenting with bi-sexuality, is that in our society of today, taboos are barely existent, as compared to our past years. Think about the way we've changed in ways concerning taboo issues, and suddenly this makes since. When was the last time you shocked someone with erotic exploits? Think about it, celebrity sex tapes, threesomes, and internet sex, and you're likely saying these don't shock you, or thinking Whatever or No biggie, when you hear the mention of such in todays society. Today's youth culture is different from yesterday's youth culture, and today's youth culture, sexual boundaries have for certain shifted, and today's same sex encounters have less stigma than in the past. As a result more women will date men and have a sexual relationship with there own gender, and this states there curiosity and they get physical satisfaction. College girls are experimenting more and more with bi-sexuality, perhaps because college is a time to test there boundaries.

The second reason that I feel we've seen an increasing number of women experimenting in bi-sexuality, is because today's women view there sexuality as more fluid, it's certain that this open mindeness is gender-specific to women and not men. Straight women are comfortable in exploring same sex relations, however straight men are not likely to be comfortable talking about same sex relations, so it's certain that these straight men are not at all going to be comfortable exploring same sex realtions. Straight men have male friends, but there male friendship are not going to be naturally tender with one another, so that physical attraction
