How to unclog your arteries

Heart disease is raging and more people are suffering from clogged arteries. Bad cholesterol passes into the arteries via the blood and eventually clogs them with plaque, preventing proper blood flow and heavy metals can end up there, as well. Cholesterol clings to the artery walls because of bad cholesterol or "LDL". Our bodies need some Fat and good Cholesterol or "HDL". Good cholesterol actually can help to fight the bad cholesterol.

While there are a number of ways to prevent arteries from being clogged they are largely things that must be started from the moment of a child's birth or in childhood at the latest.

However "EDTA Chelation" or "Ethylene-diamine-tetra-acetat e" has been the only method to successfully remove toxic metals and clogs, of all of the forms of "Chelation" and can reverse the effects of arterial plaque.
Ask your doctor about this method.

You could take the various types of prescription medications, including OTC's like aspirin and risk suffering their plethora of agonizing side effects, including liver and heart damage. Much like the surgeries, you'll find that only the symptoms are being relieved, not the underlying problem. Sometimes the natural route is better than the traditional medication and surgeries and there are many ways in which you can avoid both.

Citric Acid has been found to be effective in clearing cholesterol from the arteries. But, there are people who are allergic to citrus. Vitamins like A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E; niacin, Biotin, Magnesium, Calcium, zinc, chromium and selenium and Potassium have been helpful in aiding
