How work at home jobs add less stress to your life

Can working out of your home eliminate all the stresses in your life? No, impossible. The world we live in is filled with challenges and conflicts that will forever cross our path and dump upon us some degree of stress. But, can working from your home add less strife to your life? Yes, absolutely.

We are each challenged with different levels and circumstances of stress that result from our lifestyle and our jobs. Where one job may be the heart's desire of one person, it can be the overpowering stress level for another. So, working from the home basically relieves different stresses for different people.

Here are some common stresses that are lessened when you work from your home.

1. No punch clock to threaten your job existence when you arrive two minutes late due to circumstances beyond your control. You begin when you are ready.

2. No supervisor to stand over your shoulder examining everything you do or waiting for that final draft that you struggle with because they are watching you. You are your own supervisor.

3. No traffic to fight on the way to work. You begin your day free of that aggravation.

4. No more struggling to dress in the professional fashion that the office demands but that your budget can't afford. You wear what you want because you're the only one there.

5. No more calling in sick because you have a stomach ache that you know will pass if you could just be an hour late. Now you just take a break until you feel better.

6. No more need to beg to go home when you're not well, or to miss out on pay because you're off sick. Now, you can work around your sickness at your speed and not lose any income.

7. No more cancelling doctor's or dentist appointments because the demands of the office come first. You can make your appointments and keep them.

8. No more being undermined by that employee who is kissing up to the boss and uses you as a footstool. Now, you have no one to steal your integrity.

9. No more big car expenses as in a car loan, car insurance, gas consumption or parking so that you can drive to work every day. Now, if you have a car, it's because you want one that is affordable and not one that costs you a small portion of your pay cheque.

10. No more rushing around at the lunch hour to get those pressing family chores done. Now you can do them when you want to.

11. No more pressures to meet deadlines that were brought forward at a total inconvenience to you. Now you set your own deadlines.

12. No more pressure to work overtime at your inconvenience because some part of the big job didn't get done. Now you can stop your day's work when you want to stop.

13. No more pressure to arrive early for morning meetings that you aren't prepared for. Now you check yourself at your will.

14. No more working with people that are unpleasant or that make your work life a nightmare. Now you choose who or if you will work with anyone.

15. No more competing with others to get to the top. You set your own goals and get there without the challenge or intimidation from others.

16. And finally, no more standing in line for that badly needed morning cup of coffee to find out that they ran out with the person ahead of you. Now you can make your own fresh pot of coffee and start your day off right.

So basically, working from your home not only adds less stress to your life, but it relieves you from all those anxieties that otherwise would prevent you from being all that you could be.
