The Powerful: Will they ever follow the Rules
It appears that the 2008 Presidential Election has reawakening millions of Americans who were unconcern as to the political culture of today and just how the privilege have the perpetual tendencies not to follow the rules of law as well as exemplify democracy as a basic tenet for humanity. Indeed, we have moved into the 21st century but our powerful institutions appears to consistently orchestrate new methods of dividing the movement for change. Regardless, we as Americans are in an atmosphere where we are being system ally program into the inflexibility by those in control of institutions to alter the socialization of society to that of mentality and political condition of genocide. Is this a disenfranchisement pledge? Americans regardless of the atmosphere we should understand just what institutions the privileged inclusively pledge as alleys in order to safeguard the means of wealth in the hands of the few.
Beside, we have experienced over many decades of resistance to change whereas the media in a conspicuous matter keep people in their place. Now, is this a request by Senator Hillary Clinton and the power of the old national machine of Bill Clinton? One can speculate that this outlandish upwelling is to strengthen the new generation of segregationists who does not have the proclivity of sharing power. Furthermore, it is possible for us to elude to a more demonic motive by advocating that with shared ideals of more sophistically crafting social structure to dismantle the dreams of "We The People" byway of violating and not following the rules of law that the National Democratic Party established at the convention February 2, 2007 we are again facing tyranny. There are numerous rules the 2008 Democratic National Party adopted as their mission and social responsible contract to "We The People and the Democratic Party and governmental leaders like speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius of Texas, Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin and others kept their promise to support the agreements just like Senator Obama. Contrary to our wishes "We The People" precipitous will for a new direction for those who shape the public policies at the White House have come to the conclusion that the rules of law has no place in the Living Constitution'. Here is what the Living Constitution' entails first, it is a method of implementing the social necessity' of today. The social necessity' of today is not to act as a tyranny and shape laws against "We The People" and no man or woman is above the Living Constitution'.
Like almost everything else in American life the beneficiaries of the privileges classes wants to lower the standards of law in order to serve their needs and spontaneously utilize the laws of elasticity rising the bar so that no fair and equitability can be affronted to Senator Obama's Presidential campaign. The Social Necessity' of the time is not to interpret the rules of law to serve the powerful, give inclusive rights to those connected to the white house (old national machine) and leave the general public without a voice. One of the most striking aspect is the recent statement given by the Democratic National Party Chairmen Dean Howard and he said that the rules of law adopted by over 3,253 pledged delegates, 795 un-pledged delegates as well as the candidates who run and those currently participating in the process for the most powerful office in this nation. He said the parties to a grievous must do the following : "First, either state can choose to resubmit a plan and run a process to select delegates to the convention; second, they can wait until this summer and appeal to the Convention Credentials Committee, which determines and resolves any outstanding questions about the seating of delegates. We look forward to receiving their proposals should they decide to submit new delegate selection plans and will review those plans at that time." In sum, according to one of the framers of the United States Constitution wrote that new truth must be discovered'. Americans will not allow its leaders forever to be tied the same pattern of inclusive and divisive politics while the middle-class and people in general receive unequal protection in all branches of government.
