Million of people access their e-mails every second as it's becoming a very important and easy way to contact each others and share files in a very simple and fast way.
Files that can be attached to e-mails can be pictures, videos, documents, setup filesetc
Every e-mail server has its own user interface that allow user to use their e-mails easily but the keywords that they all use are pretty much the same ones.

To attach a file to your e-mail you have to know that:
1.Pictures, videos, documents can be attached directly as files.
2.Pictures can be attached as Image file which will appear on the e-mail as it is.

3.Setup files or *.exe files can be attached as a simple file in some servers and others will reject this as they are harmful and can transfer viruses to your computer so you can send it but do a little trick which is zipping it.
I will here focus on three popular servers to tell you how to attach a file through them:
1. G mail
2. Hot mail
3. Yahoo mail
*G mail:
After pressing "Compose Mail" on the left side of the window, Choose "Attach a File" which you will find under the subject box.
A choose file box will appear, browse through your computer and choose the file you want to attach and then press open.
You will find that the file you chose is written and beside it a blue "remove" link which will allow you to remove the file if you don't wish to attach it anymore.
Under the file you just attached you will find "Attach another file" link which allow you to attach as many files as you can so keep on doing this till you finish all the files you like to include on your e-mail.
After you choose to attach a file a process of uploading the file must be done, in Gmail it's done when you press the "send" key found on the upper left area which you will choose after finishing your entire message.

*Hot mail:
After you choose "New Message" and come to the "New Message" window you can attach a file by pressing down the arrow beside the "Attach" button found on the upper tool bar.
When you open the arrow you find 2 choices, "File" & "Photo" if you want to attach a file of any kind including images choose "File", if you want to attach a photo and want it to appear on your e-mail choose "Photo".
In both cases when you choose any of them you will be sent to another page where you will be able to choose the file you want to attach, choose Browse and choose the file you want then press open.
You will have 3 choices on the tool bar found on this
