Every girl's dream is to look great especially our face looking great. All of us have very hectic lives and it's hard to keep up with looking good all the time. I know I hardly ever have enough time for sleep let alone taking great care of myself. When I do get the time to take care of myself, everything will get back to looking bad again the next week. You have to organize your time as to when you'll put the time to pamper yourself. After all, looking great will make us very happy and looking bad will ruin our day. I know this is true when I look horrible and run into a guy I like, all I want to do is hide.
There are steps you can take to make yourself look great. A dull complexion occurs because we are tire and waste products inside of us gives us the color on our skin. This is why a lot of celebrities have their colon clean out monthly. You can try this, you can clean out your conlon weekly or monthly to get rid of all the dirty toxic waste and it will change the way your skin look drastically.
This is true because I use to clean out my colon and it makes me look younger and cleaner and brighter on my face. I also feel better because a lot of waste build up can make you sick because of their toxicity.
Looking great start internally. It's not the makeup on our face that will make us look great, makeup only ruin our skin and it can only help temporarily. The more makeup you use the more your skin will damage from day to day. I don't use foundation at all. I threw it away along time ago. I only dust on a little powder to help out my blotchy spot but that's about it.
You can try to put on moisturizer to prevent your makeup from clogging your pores. This will also gives you smooth skin and protects against the sun.
Looking great starts from internally meaning we have to eat the right food and not put all kinds of toxics into our bodies like cigarettes and alcohol or drugs. These things will make you look old and give you very bad skin. Certain food can also gives you break-outs.
You have to drink plenty of water to give yourself a good complexion. Our body is make up of mostly water. Drinking water can also flushes out bad toxin and waste.
Exercising is the number one key to having a good complexion and great skin. Its hard to do and most people don't want to exercise. So try a sport or some fun activity to get into gear. Exercising is the key to all of your health problems as we all have learned and hate to do.
Exercising flushes out all of your waste and increase your bowel activity. Exercising decreases stress hormones and all bad hormones to give you a better face and feeling. Exercising produces feel good hormones to make you look great and feels great. Exercising gives you muscle toneness instead of a flabby face.
