Doing yoga for stress management

Chronic ailments caused by chronic sress can be eased with posture and visualization .

Chronic and sometimes debilitating ailments are on the rise in the U ,S. Diabetes , chronic heart conditions,chronic fatigue and muscle pain are just a few examples of the bodies negative response to repetitive mental stresses.

Taking tome out to properly care for ones body can greatly decrease the physical diseases, that manifest in the body as a responses to ongoing stresses. Yoga practice is a pa particularly good activity , for relieving stress affects on person as a whole

yoga philosophies help one to center there thoughts inward , focus on what is most important and bring the mind body and spirit together which then allows, the practicer to stay focused and tackle life as a whole intuitive person.

The exorcises out lined below is a basic and very effective meditative exercises , for stress , re life and prevention

Beginners in yoga practice Can start with a simple yet very affective excises.

1.
Sitting up right in a cross legged position , or supported in a chair if this is not possible. sit up i, if seated place feat flat on the floor even with hips.

2.
Stomach toward spine , bottom tucked under. You may feel a pull in your lower back, or slight disiness this is normal and safe for bginers

3.
shoulders over hips,
hands laid loosely palms up on thighs

4.
Center neck over shoulders , head over neck.

5.
Close eyes and drop chin slightly , picture all of the negative energy flowing through you falling through your fingers onto the floor.

6.
Picture in your mind what you are most thankful for . hold it focus all of your energy on this thankfulness.

Even 5 min a day of this excises can greatly reduce there affects of stress on the body and improve posture and mood over time.
