Natural ways to get rid of blemishes

Using natural skin care regimes' have been proved to be successful by many men and women, especially for acne and acne related scars. The first thing to do is to keep the acne at bay, which will naturally reduce the chances of scars. The art of herbal skin care is practiced mostly by South East Asians, particularly in India. Here are a few tips to healthy herbal skin care regimes that will bring out your true beauty in the most natural way.

Turmeric, Lemon and Milk Mask: Mix a small quantity of these ingredients, just enough for the face, together to form a paste. Then apply it on the whole face. Let the mask dry for a few minutes. Wash off to feel your skin feeling and looking clean.

Water Therapy: This is a well known technique for obtaining a healthier completion, but it must be carried out everyday in order to gain results. Simply drink six glasses of water first thing in the morning. The water should NOT be very cold. If You are unable to drink six at first, then try four. This technique helps the body expel the toxins that are possibly causing the acne in the first place. It also hydrates the body and reduces the chances of wrinkles.

Carrot Juice: Many suggest that a glass of carrot juice clears up blemishes. This could be done every morning with the Water therapy carried out a few minutes after.

Green Tea: The Chinese are famous for this technique and it is known to help digestion and cleanse the body, especially after a big meal. Simple pour some boiling water onto the Green Tea leaves and sip. The same tea leaves could be used for more than one cup of tea.

Lemon Juice and Sugar: Rub half a lemon or lime in sugar and rub it gently on the blemished or darkened area. The blemishes will gradually disappear.

Oats: This has been known for its skin lightening properties as helps remove dead skin. Simply mix a teaspoon of oats with water and use as a scrub. This can be used on the entire body and could be done twice a week.

Tomatoes': Cut a tomato in half and rub it on the face. The acid from the tomato kills any germs on the skin, while acting as a skin lightening agent and a toner which could be used after a facial scrub.

So if you are tired of using chemicals and tablets that might damage your skin even more or cause side effects due to prolonged use, switch to a healthier regime of herbs for soft, blemish-free skin, with the only side effects being an overall glow and a healthier looking you!
