Best cheap eats in Austin, Texas

While visiting Austin, Texas, I found some very good restaurants that offered delicious meals for a decent price. No matter what kind of food you enjoy, if you look closely you'll find a cheap quality meal around every corner.

One of my favorites, the Brick Oven Restaurant serves famous pizzas cooked in a 100 year old oven. A casual yet romantic place, they also serve other Italian cuisine. Its a great place for grabbing a quick lunch or even bringing a date for a romantic dinner. The lunch menu has plenty to choose from and ranges from 5-7 dollars. Dinner is slightly more between 9 and 15 dollars. You can't beat this place when you're looking to get the best bang for your buck.

The Magnolia Cafe is a homey down to earth restaurant which serves breakfast and burgers as well as many vegetarian entrees. Great for kids and adults alike. Their signature food is called "Mag Mud" and if you've never been there, it'd be a shame not to try it. If you don't mind having to wait to be seated, then its a decent cost-friendly little place. The magnolia is also open 24 hours a day. Prices range from 5 to 8 dollars.

Last but not least, Chuy's is a Tex-Mex restaurant with a lot of Elvis Presley memorabilia. One of the fastest restaurants for service in the area, this place is well worth visiting.
The menu has a large variety of Mexican dishes. For a hearty meal and quality drinks prices are relatively cheap.

I'm sure there are many more cheap eats in Austin, but I've covered some of my favorites and if you decide to visit them, I hope you have as good of an experience there as I did.
