Great seafood recipes and wine combinations

Martha's Fabulous grill-baked fish

Like cooking out, but tired of the same old steak and burgers? Here's something new to enjoy after that long day of fishing.

Ingredients:

Any type of fish fillets, Blue Hake, Salmon, Flounder, Cod, Catfish; whatever type of fish that is your favorite.
Thick foil wrap or "Reynolds Hot Bags"
Limejuice
White wine
Salt
Your favorite fish seasonings

Clean and wash fish fillets well. Sprinkle a little salt and your favorite seasonings onto the fish.

Create a packet out of thick foil wrap by folding in half and folding closed the ends leaving the front of the packet open.

Add a little sprinkle of Limejuice and Cup of white wine to the "Reynolds Hot Bag" or foil packet. After filling with Limejuice and white wine, lay the fish into the packet or bag and close off the front end securely.

Lay packet on the grill and cook until fish flakes when tested with a fork. About 20-35 minutes, depending on the type of fish.

Let cool and serve with your favorite vegetables or casserole.
