When you think of dream matches, you think of matches that you would honestly never think of seeing. While sometimes it may be the most technically sound match ups in the world, you could however see it drawing in a massive amount of people getting them to talk about it for sometime. Match ups would be based upon being in their prime and then trying to pick out who would win in the hypothetical match up.

However, what I'm going to do is try to put together a card with some of the best match ups. Keep in mind while they are very unlikely to happen, it would be based upon wrestlers in their prime.

Hulk Hogan vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin: The two biggest stars in all of wrestling clashing to see who is the best of the best would be perhaps one of the biggest drawing matches in all of professional wrestling. You have your debate on which one is the bigger star: Hogan or Austin. In this case, it is going to be those guys in their prime where they wrestled at their best because as we all know both are not exactly in the best condition whether it be physically or mentally.

Bret Hart vs. Kurt Angle: This can never happen mainly with Bret having a stroke but wouldn't this be a match for the ages? If you take both men at their best, it could on for at least an hour and be something like an Iron Man match. Both men are great technical wrestlers and it would be a case to see who would be the best in the world for sure.

The Road Warriors vs. Team 3D (Dudley Boyz): What better match up and to settle a debate with two teams that could be between two of the greatest tag teams in wrestling today. Sure, it's debatable on who that is exactly but take into account Team 3D were Road Warriors fans and for them it'd be like the battle of two titan tag teams respected in their eras.

Shawn Michaels vs. Eddie Guerrero: I do believe it was going to happen sooner or later but because of Eddie's unfortunate death, that never came to be. This is one match I had wondered what would happen if you put the two against each other. You had Latino Heat going up against the Heart Break Kid and would have been a bout that could be used at Wrestlemania.

Andre the Giant vs. Big Show: This wouldn't be the greatest technical match up in wrestling history. In fact, it wouldn't be a very long match if you will. Mostly, it would be seen as two giants battling in a power battle. The story in this would be who would lift who. The weight combined would be near 1,000 pounds and the ring would need to be strong enough to hold them.

These matches most likely can only happen in video games and can never be reality for obvious reasons. While other than Kurt Angle vs. Bret Hart wouldn't be scientific bouts, it would serve the purpose for hype and entertainment value. Those bouts could work either on a special live show or possibly a Legends show. Again, this would be expected in video game land where you can put together any match you want mainly with the Smackdown vs. Raw games. One thing for sure, people would be talking about these bouts for all of eternity.
