Recipes: Authentic Italian pasta tomato sauce

The spaghetti with tomato dish is a very tasty and very easy to prepare. It affects how despite the simplicity of preparation there are many different ways to prepare this dish first. Clearly the differences are in how to prepare tomato sauce. This is how I prefer to prepare spaghetti with tomato.

Ingredients for 4 people:

400 gr. Spaghetti,
400 gr. Tomato (fresh, peeled or past),
An onion,
Basil,
Oil,
Salt,
Sodium bicarbonate.

Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and fry it in olive oil with some basil leaves. When onions will be colorful adds tomatoes and salt, then bring to boil adding half a cup d 'hot water. Cook (without too dry, add to the limit of 'water) for 20-30 minutes. And taste of salt. If the sauce is a little acid must add a pinch of sodium bicarbonate (this takes away the acidity). Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water, drain and dress with the sauce and decorated with leaves of basil advanced.
