simulations, the research I was doing to optimize my portfolio. I am so blinded by hate and despair that I am lost, unable to work on achieving the financial freedom I need.
That is what they want, and I am determined not to let them win. I will call them on their evil, I will write articles all afternoon telling the world the truth, and tomorrow I will do calculations that will help me build wealth. I will not be dominated by their oppression, will not be silenced by their attacks. I will get what they want- money- and I will get so much of it that they feel sick with jealousy. They think I should starve and exercise until I am worthy to have some man buy me a diamond necklace and designer lingerie.
I want nothing from such men, save their screams of pain, and I know that exacting those screams would cost me my life, since I could not do what I want to do to them without getting caught. So I will take nothing from them, save their pride, when they see that a woman has triumphed despite their attempted oppression. That will be more painful overall, for more will suffer. They've stolen so much from me, so much, my very soul. They've stolen my happiness.
I am seeking damages, and I will take them by succeeding beyond their wildest fears, proving I can do better than them, that I can win at their little game. I've had enough.
