White Foods: Potato, Cauliflower, Garlic, Onions, Pears, White Endive and leeks.
White foods have anti-tumor properties and very the onion and garlic help to rid the body of virus, cold and flu.

No matter which way you look at foods, whether by color or by using raw foods such as fruits or lightly steamed vegetables consuming more of foods that prevent disease translates to you saving money and using your foods as your medicine.
