Dreaming away
But that won't last
There are bills to pay
The alarm clock sounds
and away go dreams
The day begins
or so it seems

to the shower I go
Gotta get to work-

No time to eat
Straight to the car
I can't be late
or I'll face the czar

A wreck ahead
Oh, tell me why

to go back to dreams
Hide in my office
and lock the door
Gotta be careful
and do not snore
Asleep again
Oh, this is nice
I'll settle in
and won't think twice
The alarm clock sounds
No need for a ruse
That was all a dream
I had hit the snooze
