Blinking exercises. This is a great tip for dry eyes.
No I am not being rude, but one of the best tips I have ever been told is to do blinking exercises for treating dry eyes. It really does work and strengthens the squamous muscle of the eye and produces the eye to water almost straight away and keeps it healthy.

I dont like putting drops into my eyes, there are many over the counter rememdies to choose from, I have tried and tested many things, but, I have to say, my favourite is blinking and its free, just blink away.
