Having beautiful hair? Every woman has a dream about it. To achieve the dream, they come to hair stylist or hair specialist for doing some treatments and often coloring the hair. Coloring hair is believed will make someone younger and fresh. But, some treatments do not good because consist of chemical elements and there is a nature choice for hair treatment and color named as Henna. Today henna can be found as powder or paste, in several parts of Asian countries can be found henna as dry leaves or still as plants. Using henna powder also needs to consider the chemical elements such as PPD (para-pnenylenediamine)that increase possibility for hypertension and even cancer.

Before use henna to your hair or body, has to know how to recognize the nature henna. The nature henna smells like vegetable and has green color. The nature color will produce new color depend on basic color of hair, for example brown hair will produce red brown hair or light brown hair. But by adding this henna with other nature ingredients will result various color, for example you may add tea for having dark brown color or coffee for having black color or chamomile for produce any light color. You create your own colors by those ingredients.

Henna has advantages for shining and protecting hair from ultraviolet and pollution, but to have smooth and soft hair still need to add other nature ingredients, such as yogurt for oily hair or herbal oil for dry hair. Henna is temporary color but in Asian countries where people have black color, henna used for shining the black hair, prospering and making smooth and soft. So, we add candlenuts that should be grilled until the oil come. Then you may pound it in a mortar until it refines. Then all will be mixed to henna paste and use it for beautiful hair.

The best from henna is we may try to combine henna with other nature ingredients for having new color without worry for unsafe elements. All are safe without any chemical elements. A tip before you coloring your hair using henna is, more you keep your hair with henna, more dark color you have in your hair.
