US elections 2008: Why Republicans may feel sorry for Hillary Clinton

I cannot feel sorry for Hillary because she brought all this upon herself by being "old school." And bringing the same old politics to the country that everyone is quite frankly SICK of.

An article here states that Obama only has words but no substance. Yet his speech on race is being studied in high schools and colleges across the country. Also CNN is putting together a program called "Black in America" with one program where David Wilson, meets David Wilson, a black man who finds an ancestor who used to owned him and his family! Obama brings no substance? He is actually showing us (through words) our similarities rather than our differences, he is bringing the country TOGETHER. But the die hards who continue to want "politics" as usual, try to criticize him at every turn.

What really cracks me up is these people who cry for "an experienced" candidate. Someone please cut me a break here! We've had eight years of fascism in this country with Bush, I suppose that was "HIS" experience that won him the presidency twice in a row! Look what he has brought to the table with his experience. And what about Senator McCain? He brings tons of warmongering EXPERIENCE to the presidency. This experience Obama skeptics are looking for probably doesn't even exist. You don't know what you are going to do until things start to happen. And I definitely don't feel Hillary or any of the other's politics have WORKED, it's time to try something new.

We ask why is Obamamania so strong right now? Because people across this country, especially young people are sick to death of seeing their roads crumble (like a third world country). Sick of not being able to go to school and get ahead. Sick because there is no health care. For decades politicians have been talking about this and nothing has been done. Obama has come to the right place at the right time. People say he has no substance. What about our fearless leader now who is in office? What substance does that knucklehead bring to the country?

As far as the Clinton's go, yes they did a good job, or fair job, but the problems of 20 years ago have gotten worse. No health care for the "Richest - soon to be poorest" country in the world. The poor are still poor and the rich just got a bit richer with Bush in office. But it was happening when the Clinton's were around as well.

I don't feel sorry for Hillary, she got back what she put into her campaign. I shed no tears for her.
