My sweet loving Lab
so happy so pure
you set my smile free
you nuzzled my heart
a best child's wish
the greatest to me
We had to leave fast,
you couldn't come with
would I see you again?
come back for you soon,
I wanted to so
will you ever forgive?
so helpless, I felt
a child deep in pain
don't know if you live
would give anything
to see you again
all my heart i would give
my sweet Labrador
will I see you again?
if not, will I live?
much time has now passed
my hope has but died
I'm sure you are gone
tears will not drown
the pain deep within
to never have known
if my dear loving Lab
would play in the grass
more time ever spend
set my smile free
when I'm finally with you
in heaven again
