I have really thought about eating much healthier. I even though about buying organic foods. I know that a lot of us Americans are overweight, I am also included in that category. I am not really overweight, just a few pounds but it is still looked down upon in this society. I think a lot of people think about eating healthier and buying organic food. There are just some problems that some people might have and can't do that.

Healthy food, organic foods are very expensive. It is so hard to survive in this Economy. There are so many people that are considered poor now. Fatty foods are way cheaper than the healthy, good for you food. Middle class seemed to disappear. It seems like there are only the rich and the poor now. How does the Government expect us to eat healthy and not be overweight if it is too darn expensive to eat right?

I think that the Government needs to find out if there is a way to make eating healthy cheaper. I think that most Americans would eat healthier if they could. We would be much healthier and have longer lives and die of more natural causes. When you don't have much money, you don't have many options. It's sad that you can get a whole meal for a family of seven for a whole lot cheaper than getting something healthy to eat. We need to think about this.

I am grateful that I am able to feed my family at all. There are some people that don't get to eat and watch their children go hungry. It' thing to think about I think this Economy needs a lot of work. If someone could tell me how to feed my kids healthier for cheap and have them like it, please let me know. I would be glad to be able to do that. It's hard enough for me to buy the food that I do get after paying all of my bills. I have to work my butt off to get the little money that I do get. I know that someone has to agree with me that it costs a lot of money to eat healthy. Don't you agree that there are changes that have to made? If the Government keeps shoving that we are all overweight and that we need to eat healthy, than they need to find a way to make it more affordable. That's all that I am trying to say. That's the bottom line. I don't want to step on anyone's toes, I just want to make how I feel more clear.
