Codebreaking the skull and crossbones

They would loot and pillage ships on the high seas, they drank rum and sang notorious drinking songs, they had patches on their eyes and peg legs and knew where treasure was buried. Thats right, I'm talking about Pirates. However what most people don't know about Pirates is that the Jolly Roger flag is actually part of the Masonic ritual of Hiram Abiff.

During this ritual the candidate would go through a symbolic death and be symbolically resurrected. When he turns around he sees on a black cloth, the symbol of the skull and crossbones. The very next picture I looked at was the skull and crossbones and I was interested to see that both symbols are almost identical. The skull and crossbones is a bit more elaborate, I grant you, and on first sight no one would make the connection, however the geometry for both symbols!
is exactly the same, and it led me to wonder if the skull and crossbones therefore, could be another symbol depicting Jupiter. When I found this
