It is spring again, the time for picnics, long walks, bike rides, and unfortunately allergies.
Many people suffer from allergies and are not able to enjoy the outdoor activities of spring.
If you suffer from allergies, I have good news for you; you don't have to suffer anymore.
In this article, I will show you what causes allergies and the many natural ways to relieve them.
When our bodies have an allergic reaction to a substance, it is a sign that there is something wrong with our immune system.
It is the job of our immune system to protect us from harmful toxins and other harmful substances by destroying and eliminating them from our body.
The immune system accomplishes this task by producing IgE antibodies to the harmful substance. These antibodies then cause certain cells in the body to release chemicals into the bloodstream. One of these chemicals is called histamine.
Sometimes because of a poor diet, toxic overload, or too much harmful acid in the body our immune system becomes damaged and begins to attack substances that are not usually harmful to most people. This is called an allergic reaction.
All allergies are caused by a faulty immune system.
The most common allergy symptoms include:
Sneezing
Sinus pressure
Itching, watery eyes
Coughing
Chest congestion
Natural remedies not only seek to control allergy symptoms, but also, and more importantly they seek to fix the problem that is causing the allergies. Commercial antihistamines and prescription drugs only suppress allergy symptoms.
There are many natural ways to relieve allergy symptoms and at the same time build up the immune system.
A Healthy Diet
A diet of mostly fresh fruits and vegetables provides the body with lots of vital nutrients that it needs to stay alkalized, keep the immune system strong, and keep out harmful toxins.
Raw Juices
Drinking raw juices is known for helping to relieve allergy symptoms, strengthen the immune system, and to detoxify and alkalize the body.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has been known for its many health benefits for years. It relieves allergy symptoms by blocking histamine. Take some in a glass of water 3 times a day every day.
Flax Seed Oil
Flax seed oil is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which are very beneficial to our health in many ways including relieving allergy symptoms.
Daily Whole Food Multi-Vitamin
Taking a whole food multi-vitamin everyday that includes Alfalfa, Vitamin C, and Pathogenic acid, is very good for relieving allergy symptoms and for enhancing our immune system.
Your symptoms will go away before the problem does.
Therefore, even if you start feeling better you should continue eating a healthy diet and working to strengthen your immune system.
