How to make your own protein shakes

Protein is generally the building block of all matter. Not only is protein essentially important, it is beneficial in supporting other importance, that have a strong impact on our chemical and physical makeup. Protein is radically relevant and extremely necessary in our lives, including our state of wellbeing. In an effort to promote protein on an original, yet practical wavelength, I have decided to create the ultimate protein shake.

Sarah's Ultimate Protein Shake

1 cup of milk
1 oz. silken tofu
1 spinach leaf
1 egg white
3 scoops of protein powder
2 tbsp. of heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. of water
3 ice cubes

The recipe is technically made using a standard mixer or a blender, but remember, to increase/decrease the quantities of each ingredient, depending on how much you are going to be using and also depending, of course on the mixer or blender size. You want to combine the milk, tofu, spinach, egg white, protein powder, cream, water, and ice cubes into the mixer or blender and blend until you have reached a puree liquid. Once you have achieved the liquid consistency, serve in a chilled glass.

After you have created the ultimate protein shake, you can then create an array of sub-recipes, to add individual flavor and color to your beverage, making it much more enjoyable, as a result. Some of them include:
